At the Hurlingham Rehabilitation Centre I work as supervisor of the morning shift nurses and porters. My job is to organize, teach, guide, listen, plan, and communicate the tasks that the nurses and porters are to carry out.  Another of my duties is to ensure communication with the patients, know their requirements, give them and their families encouragement and hope so that they may embark on the new stage of their lives with serenity and strength.

I need to keep up with my professional training and spiritual formation in order to give the best to my vocation.  I must never lose the Hospitaller charism, as that is what identifies us in the Order, and I need to know how to tackle obstacles with calm and strength.
