Hospitality can have many faces when it comes to direct contact with patients. It is certainly something more difficult to perceive when you are on the administrative side, for example in the central offices where I, Wolfgang Füreder, work.

In our offices, we do not come into direct contact with the sick and needy. Nevertheless, even if indirectly, my work does have an impact on patients and on the needy, as well as on the religious and the co-workers of our centres and keeping aware of this fact at all times is, for me, an ongoing challenge.

When it comes to contact with the centres and with their personnel, I am fully aware of the extent of my contribution to our attempts to reach our final objectives: obtaining the maximum well-being of our patients. The tools I can use to help reach this goal derive from my expertise regarding the efficient use of our financial resources, the organization of our centers, and the coordination of their activities in the context of our overall planning.
