My function as the Administrative Director is the general oversight of the overall management of the administrative division and general services provided by the centre. To do this I have to evaluate and optimise the use of financial resources that are earned by the Institution in order to meet the needs of the residents in the Centre, to the extent that I work with all the areas of the centre, because the comprehensive approach reveals the emerging needs in every sector. And this is precisely the purpose of the institution: “to provide a comprehensive service to our residents” providing them consistently with quality services, showing respect and with a sense of responsibility towards the patients. At the personal level this requires identification with the mission of the Order, the feeling that one is a protagonist and an active performer of it, with sound organisation, commitment and constancy to perform my work well.
