In the Centre I am the Head of Human Resources responsible for training, selection, personal management, pay and salaries, looking after our guests and providing advice in different areas in the matter of human resources-related issues.

I try to work as hard as I can to ensure stability in the working environment, which is slowly being achieved. By working collegially with middle management in the various areas and services in the centre, we can enhance the motivation of the Co-workers, and enable them to work more committedly. Having achieved this result in the Human Resources Department we can use tools and methods to uphold that motivation and develop the potential of each employee, succeeding in replicating John of God values in our daily work.
