The website dedicated to the 70th General Chapter of the Order is now online. Its address is: www.generalchapter-2024.org.

As you know, the Chapter will take place from 15 October to 7 November 2024 in Czestochowa, Poland. The website was published at the same time as the letter of convocation sent to the entire Order by the Prior General on 22 January 2024.

As you can read under 'Welcome' in the general information on the page:

It will be a dynamic site in many ways.

Firstly, because it will be built and take shape gradually. This means that the different parts and contents will be created and added like building blocks during the different stages (preparation, convocation, election of chapter participants, etc.).

Secondly, because the content will be offered in different languages, but not always in all languages.

Thirdly, because the most important translations will be done by professional translators, while for others we will use IT systems (Google Translator, DeepL, e-Translation, etc.).

For this reason, we ask for your understanding and patience from the outset, as not everything will be perfect. As the spanish poet Antonio Machado says: "Traveller, there is no way ... the way is made by walking. It is in walking that the path is made". With this in mind, we invite you: "Let's set off together!"
