Monday 11 September 2023 saw the start of the formation course for formators organised by the "Tutti Fratelli" Group, which brings together the congregations of religious Brothers. The course is being held in Rome, at the house of the De la Salle Brothers and will last 30 days. This is the third time that this group, to which we belong, has held formation sessions. It brings together 62 religious Brothers from 14 congregations on five continents.

The aim of the formation is to offer an intercongregational and intercultural formation experience to strengthen the service of the Brothers who accompany the young Brothers of our institutes.

The objectives are :

To generate a new experience of intercongregationality as families of religious Brothers ('Tutti Fratelli').

To strengthen the links of the Tutti Fratelli group (Rome) with religious Brothers from other latitudes who promote the communion of religious Brothers in their places of origin.

To offer an example of ongoing formation focusing on personal accompaniment.

To provide tools to strengthen and enhance their service, by deepening and updating the fundamentals of accompaniment adapted to the reality of contemporary young people and religious life.
