On Saturday 1 July 2023, at the Saint Jean de Dieu Hospital in Afagnan (Togo), Brother Henri GBABA made his solemn profession in the hands of Brother Hugues Tatoa ASSOU, the Provincial Superior of the African Province of Saint Richard Pampuri. The ceremony took place in Afagnan (Togo) in the large hall of the Saint Jean de Dieu Hospital in Afagnan, which was festively decorated for the occasion. Presiding over the celebration was Mgr Isaac Jogues GAGLO, Bishop of Aného. By his public profession of the vows of poverty, chastity, obedience and hospitality, Brother Henri GBABA has permanently entered the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God, committing himself to devote his whole life to following and imitating the compassionate and merciful Christ, following the example of Saint John of God.
