The General Chapter Preparatory Commission held an in-person working session from 12 to 14 June at the General Curia. Previously, two online sessions had been held, making this the third meeting of the group and its first in-person meeting. The main focus of the meeting was to explore in greater depth the methodology that had been designed for the preparation and celebration of the General Chapter and for the preparation of the forthcoming Regional Assemblies. These would be designed as the beginning of everything that will lead up to the canonical celebration of Chapter. The information and communication plan has also been drafted, and is to be launched quite soon. The meeting was also attended by the person who has been contacted to accompany this process and to be proposed as the Moderator of the Chapter, Mr Matthieu Daum, two people (one Brother and one Co-worker) designated to be the representatives of each Region of the Order, and the other members of the Operational Committee which has been set up for the preparatory phase.
