On 27th and 28th APC
Provincials and delegates met at Amadeo for their first meeting of this year.
The main agenda for the meeting was to discuss about the regional formation
house at Amadeo, organizing formators seminar, on -going formation seminars, formation
fund and to speak about the forth coming regional conference for this year
especially to fix the place, dates, facilitator, preparatory commission.
Following decisions were made:
1. Organize an online seminar
for a week in the second week of July 2023 for all formators specifically for
the scholastic masters 2. As part of the on going formation senior Brothers
will be encouraged to do a Granada pilgrimage in the coming years from the
region 3. Formation fund is established and the Korean province will transfer
30,000 dollar 4. Every province is encouraged to form one or two Brothers as
Formator every year 5.Regional conference will be held in Korea from 28 August
to 1.September 2023. Prepararatoy commission members are Bro. John Conway, Bro.
George K. T. and Br. Fermin Paniza.
The APC members visited also
the postulancy house and had dinner with all novices and postulants.
