After the election of Brother Joseph VUONG HOAI DUC as the Brother Provincial, the following Brothers were elected as Councillors:

The Vietnamese Province of Our Lady of the Holy Spirit opened its 7th Provincial Chapter on Monday, 16 May at the Provincial Curia in Tan-Bien-Hoa City.

The Province of Viet Nam currently has 90 Brothers (74 Brothers iSolemn Professed) and a total of 29 Brothers are participating in the Chapter: 22 Vocals, the Brother Provincial, the four Provincial Councillors and three Brothers of the General Council, Brother Joaquim Erra Brother Vincent Kochamkunnell and Brother Joseph Smith, as Chapter President.

All the members of our Order are remembering and united in prayer with the Brothers of Viet Nam. May this Chapter be a time for listening  and discernment to continue being present and developing our charism in Viet Nam. During the inaugural Eucharist, the members called to mind Province of Latin America and the Caribbean, which is also celebrating its Provincial Chapter in Lima, Peru, over the same period.
