The 144th Provincial Chapter of the Rome Province is being celebrated from 21 to 25 March 2022.

The title of the Chapter, chosen by the General Government, is: " Go forth with passion to promote Hospitality".

A Provincial Chapter is a powerful spiritual moment, an opportunity given to us to listen to the Holy Spirit, to discern synodically the state of the Province, and to draw up a mission and life project for the coming years.

Presiding over the Chapter is the Prior General, Brother Jesús Etayo, accompanied by the General Councillors, Brother Pascal AHODEGNON and Brother José Augusto GASPAR LOURO.

Attending Chapter are 16 Brothers, 2 interpreters and 1 moderator.

The Chapter venue is the ’Istituto San Giovanni di Dio, at Genzano di Roma, in the Alban Hills.

The Provincial Chapter on 23 March 2022 elected the new Superior of the Province: Brother Luigi GAGLIARDOTTO

After the election of Brother Luigi GAGLIARDOTTO as the Brother Provincial, the following Brothers were elected as Councillors and the Provincial Delegate of the Philippines:
