I am the Head of Human Resources in the centre, overseeing the sound administration of the personnel.

Everything has a meaning and is self-supporting when what we do is the result of our personal efforts and commitment. This runs parallel to our personal vocation which my role enables me to perform day by day. In my position, I have to work with all the service Heads in order to identify the needs of every area and thereby to foster the commitment and the development of our co-workers in their respective posts, both by talking to them and teaching them skills, and making them feel part of the charism of the Order, so that they gradually raise the level of well-being of each and every resident according to their needs, offering them a quality service.

I am aware that what I am doing in my post today forms part of my own life project and I therefore see it as a means of personal self-fulfilment, in which I place all my knowledge, commitment and ethical conduct at the disposal of my co-workers and guests, harmonising the needs and interests of all, which is my authentic vocation.
