A formation course on leadership in hospitality in Africa was held on 11-15 June this year in Afagnan, Togo. The course was entitled “Practising Hospitality boldly”.

The Brothers and Co-workers who ran the course addressed various topics including: the responsibility of the local Superior according to our proper law and Canon law, relations between the communities and the local Church, charismatic management, and project management.

The formation course was attended by 44 Brothers and Co-workers, in an atmosphere of fraternity and hospitality which also gave the Brothers in particular to meet again after the Provincial Chapters.

On Saturday 16 June, the participants attended the ordination to the priesthood of Brother Hugues Assou, by Mgr Isaac, the Bishop of Aneho. Brother Hugues is the first ordained Brother of the African Province of Saint Richard Pampuri.
